Responsibilities:
- Planning online service growth strategies for Indonesian market
- Execute the growth plans for the Indonesian market
- Validate the quality of services/contents for Indonesia market
- Daily monitoring of services/app performance and analysis
- Communication in English with other stakeholders in the organization
- 3-year experience with Web apps or mobile apps in Indonesian market (or insights to grow and operate them in the market),
- Knowledge/insights about Web apps./Mobile apps usage and trends in Indonesia
- Good sense of product design, development and implementation.
- Understand local user needs and be able to find product/growth opportunities.
- With content experience(content creation, content operation, etc), know how content ecosystem works, better to have self media or new media experience in large websites
- With Indonesia local media resource operation & PM experience, or has worked in big company like Tiktok, Line, Chinese internet companies
- Good communication skill, candidates who can speak local language (Indonesia) plus English and Chinese are preferred(like Chinese Indonesian, E+C+ID)
- Ability to read and analyze the KPIs for Web apps/mobile apps and to propose the actions to the team (using Excel or other data analysis tools)
- BD and partner management skill is plus
