Customer Service Desk Staff - Balikpapan

Job Descriptions:
- Handle customers for Balikpapan projects (walk-in customers, telephone, email, and/or Whats App).
- Provide information and assistance needed by customers in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to their inquiries.
- Coordinate with other divisions to resolve customer complaints.
- Record the customer complaint and prepare the complaint reports on daily basis.
- Prepare units before handover and serve customers during handover.
- Minimum Diploma degree in any major.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field.
- Computer literate (Ms. Office).
- Experienced in dealing with customers.
- Comfortable working in the service industry.
- Willing to be placed in Balikpapan.
