What you will do:

• Handling all customer success in our projects/company
• Handling email from clients, jobseekers, partners
• Handling Social media channels (Facebook, Linked In, Google,etc)

Requirements

• Great communication, negotiation and written skills
• Able to speak and write in english
• Dynamic, driven, bubbly and fun loving personality
• Responsible, sens of urgency and ownership
• Independent and able to work in a team
• Customer-centric both via writter and in person
• Open to learn new experience as customer support-success
• Good at desigining content social media
• Preferebly candidate who lives in Jogja at the moment.
