Detail Pekerjaan
- Make outgoing calls and remind customers to make installment payments.
- Validate customer data and call result reports.
- Explain the terms and conditions of the installment payment process and other needs.
Persyaratan Keahlian
- Experienced as a Desk Collection Agent.
- Experience in the Banking area is an advantage.
- Having an SPPI Certificate in the field of collection is a Mandatory.
- Able to adapt and target-oriented.
- Have good negotiation and communication skills.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
- Able to join ASAP.
Tingkat Pendidikan
- Min. education Diploma or Bachelor.
