Our financial solutions are not only the best in the business – they were made just right for you.Job Responsibilities * Assist and supervise Sales Agent in conducting the sale.* To ensure that sales practices in respective aware adhered to the standard contain in the group compliance, and group code of conduct.* Educating all sales team about importance of fraud prevention and the value of integrity in doing the job responsibility.* Ensure the agencies in achieving the assigned sales target through quality process and productivity approach.* To develop sales plan and strategy to achieve the assigned sales target at his/her respective area.* To maintain the cost of acquisition of all product sold at the channel at the targeted CPA.* To ensure quality sales force recruitment as per capacity plan with strict adherence to the risk policy.* To coach, review and evaluate Sales Agent under his/her supervision.* To ensure product training, product update and selling skills training are conducted in a timely manner.* To achieve financial target (ENR, Revenue, Direct Expense, SP, SP%ANP, NPAT & NIM) as per budget.* To achieve total target sales volume, incoming as per budget.Requirements* Experience in the banking and finance industry would be an advantage* Highly driven, self motivated, able to work under pressure, organized and good time management* Strong communication, interpersonal, and selling skills
