Qualifications :
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bachelor's degree in Management/Marketing, minimum GPA of 3.0
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-Commerce, preferably in FMCG company
- High integrity, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Strong leadership, effective interpersonal communication skills, analytical thinking abilities, and good problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using Seller Center platforms such as Tik Tok, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.
- Proficient in Tik Tok Ads and Shopee Ads is a plus
- Above-average Emotional Quotient (EQ) and Spiritual Quotient (SQ)
- Willing to work in the Jakarta area
- Campaign: Planning, executing, and managing all monthly campaigns on each E-commerce platform (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Tiktok).
- Relationship: Building and developing collaborative relationships with all Relationship Managers (RMs) from each E-commerce platform to ensure GMV and Official Store Growth exceed the company’s targets.
- Self-channel: Coordinating with the Creative team to create feed content on Online Media platforms to increase CTR and CO% (Middle to Lower Funnel).
- Live Performance: Coordinating with the Live Host and Designer to improve Enter Room Rate and CO% (Middle to Lower Funnel).
- Product: Analyzing product trends on each E-commerce platform and providing insights to the Product Development team for product development.
- Report: Creating weekly and monthly reports for GMV monitoring and project tracking.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- E-Commerce Management: 3 years (Required)
- E-Commerce Marketing: 3 years (Required)
- Live Streaming Performance: 1 year (Required)
