Position: Engineering Staff

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Engineering Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance, repair, and operational efficiency of our facilities and equipment.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Diagnose and repair technical issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor the functionality of operational systems and suggest improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
• Proven experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with tools and equipment related to the field.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
