Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Event Exe to join our team. This role is perfect for a fresh graduate who is passionate about marketing and events. As an Event Marketing, you will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing events that promote our educational programs and engage our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including webinars, seminars, workshops, and conferences.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and attendee registration.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event marketing strategies and promotional materials.
• Manage event budgets and ensure all events are delivered within budget.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and report on event success and areas for improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with event partners, sponsors, and vendors.
• Ensure all events comply with company standards and brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
