Job Description
Contract length: 3 months
- Assist in planning and executing various events, including conferences, workshops, and product launches
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution
- Handle logistics and operational tasks, such as venue booking, vendor management, and budget tracking
- Support in creating engaging event materials, including invitations, presentations, and promotional materials
- Assist in post-event analysis and reporting
- Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Public Relations)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Passionate about events and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
