Job Descriptions:
- Assist the team in day-to-day operations by providing administrative support (e.g., managing schedules, arranging meetings, coordinating travel, and handling any other ad hoc tasks).
- Handle and process expense reports.
- Be responsible for filing management, keeping, and monitoring the documents of the projects.
- Act as an internal liaison to coordinate and monitor project activities with other parties in terms of administration (e.g., approvals, processing payments, contracts, etc.).
- Understand and perform document control functions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as requested.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Secretary or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience as operational staff, administration staff, or in a related field.
- Having experienced in using SAP is an advantage.
- Ability to foster positive and effective working relationships with variety of stakeholders.
- Good communication skills and experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- English language skills is an advantage.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
