Handle all of export-imports process including the documents and administration matters
- Coordinate with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveries
- Monitoring shipment to ensure imported goods will be delivered timely to warehouse
- Coordinate with PPIC and warehouse team
- Keep all the record for international transactions
- Review paperwork and documents to ensure shipping and handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly - Check HS Code and BM
- Other related tasks as assigned
