We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Operation Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, resolving disputes, and ensuring accurate reconciliation processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle and resolve transaction disputes between banks and merchants
Process and manage chargeback transactions
Verify and validate financial calculations and reconciliations
Monitor and track transaction status and settlement processes
Coordinate with banks, merchants, and internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies
Prepare and maintain dispute-related documentation and reports
Analyze transaction patterns to prevent future disputes
Support process improvement initiatives in financial operations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 2 years experience in financial operations, preferably in payment processing or banking
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good understanding of payment systems and banking operations
Proficient in MS Excel and financial software
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of payment industry regulations and compliance requirements
