• Prepare flow assurance design basis and perform steady-state and dynamic simulations.
• Develop operating strategies and philosophies to mitigate and manage flow assurance-related issues, such as hydrates, paraffins, asphaltenes, oil gelling, corrosion, erosion, solids deposition, scaling, and emulsions.
• Prepare operating procedures and manuals for operators, including flow assurance issues, valve testing, well cleanup, pigging, etc.
• Perform process simulation and optimization of upstream assets, such as oil gathering stations, amine and glycol systems, LPG systems, fuel, and emission reduction. Experience in refinery, downstream and petrochemical assets is a plus.
• Train junior flow assurance and process engineers.
• Interface with clients and other contractor organizations.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in petroleum or chemical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of proven, relevant project experience, with at least 3 years in flow assurance.
• Experience in shallow- and deepwater operations with feasibility, conceptual, FEED, and detailed flow assurance engineering of single- and multiphase systems.
• Hands-on experience in multiphase fluid flow simulation and design using PIPESIM and OLGA.
• Hands-on experience in process simulation and design using HYSYS, Uni Sim, or Symmetry.
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface effectively with clients, consultants, and vendors.
