Are you a highly- driven individual with extensive experience in the Hospitality industry? A group of villas located in Kesiman Kertalangu / Sanur is searching for a Personal Assistant to join their team immediately.
The ideal candidate is responsible for controlling, organising, and supervising housekeeping operations, planning and scheduling tasks for each villa, welcoming and catering to guests, selling premium services and activities, and ensuring the impeccable condition of the villas and you will be responsible for maintaining the standards that set these villas apart.
Requirements :
- Position is open only to Indonesian Citizens and open for local candidates only.
- Min. three years previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Proven experience in front desk, with a track record of maintaining high-quality standards.
- Able to work from 1 PM to 10 PM - A MUST !
- Able to drive - A PLUS !
- Able to do Housekeeping. SMK Graduate is A PLUS !
- Fluency in English: reading, speaking, writing (additional languages are a plus).
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills. Good communication skills and able to work under pressure and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Sales and customer service experience preferred.
- Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Computer literacy – Ms. Office.
- Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions
- Initiative, open minded, strong leadership, organization & delegation skills
- Clean, neat appearance, hospitality oriented and have a good attention to details
- Pleasant, honest, positive and enthusiastic personality with excellent communication and social skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Control, organise, and supervise the housekeeping team to maintain the highest cleanliness and quality standards in each villa.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure housekeeping tasks are completed to perfection.
- Develop detailed plans and schedules for each villa to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with maintenance and repair teams for scheduled maintenance.
- Extend a warm welcome to guests, provide villa orientations, and cater to their needs and requests throughout their stay.
- Efficiently manage guest enquiries, special requests, and concerns.
- Actively promote and sell premium villa services such as breakfast, barbecue, tours, and other activities.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and enhancing the guest experience.
- Regularly inspect the condition of each villa and maintain comprehensive records.
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities to address any issues promptly.
- Replace or repair items that do not meet quality standards.
- Uphold the highest standards of quality and attention to detail in all villa-related operations.
- Continuously strive to enhance the guest experience by identifying areas for improvement.
- Salary according to experience + BPJS Kesehatan + BPJS Tenaga Kerja

Contract length: 12 months
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sanur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
