Responsibilities:
1. Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications.
2. Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality web solutions.
3. Ensure websites' performance, security, and stability, optimizing for speed and reliability.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and resolve technical issues.
5. Manage the internal website and continuously improve to ensure an optimal user experience.
6. Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise, providing timely solutions.
Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in web development.
• Strong proficiency in PHP and Word Press.
• It is good to have experience in other modern PHP frameworks, like Symphony or Laravel.
• Proficiency in writing good HTML and CSS for modern browsers, experience in building fast and responsive websites.
• Solid understanding of web performance optimization, caching techniques (esp. for Word Press), security practices, and database management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
