Position Summary
1. Raise the service quality by analyzing and understanding the business environment and employee's needs and establishing an efficient task process.
2. Continue to improve the appropriateness of task-related standards and contracts and optimize resource management by closely cooperating with affiliates and partners.
3. Maximize efficiency of the management's tasks by planning and operating various General Affairs-related internal/external events and meetings.
Role and Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the office furniture’s (office desks and meeting rooms, ).
  • Manage, maintain and control the computers for developers (notebook, macbook, printer, monitor and mouse).
  • Manage, maintain and control the general office assets (IP-phone, projector, TV, refrigerator, microwave and air purifier).
  • Liaise with building management to ensure for A/C and Electricity supplies.
  • Manage and control the access cards.
  • Manage and order the notebook, macbook, monitor, mouse, printer and toner.
  • Manage and order the computer parts order for developers (routers, switch, hardisk and memory).
  • Manage and order the office consumable supplies (stationary, name card, water drink, coffee/milk supplies and noodle).
  • Installing new hardware (printers, computer workstations, etc.)
  • Technical support for people using the network
  • Supervising helpdesk staff
  • Manage, maintain and control the Security Guard, especially for handling devices (in/out) monitoring the visitors and monitoring A/C in Server Rooms.
  • Manage, maintain and control the X-Ray and Speed gates.
  • Liaise with IT Support for maintain the Server Facilities (A/C, electricity, fire detection).
Skills and Qualifications
  • Liaise with IT Support for maintain and control the Cctv’s.
  • Manage, maintain and control the safety assets for saving SRIN employees.
  • Manage, Maintain and control IT-Support and Legal Officer to support GA tasks.
  • Support HR activities (GWP programs).
  • Support SRIN Management for office purposes.
  • Maintain relationship with building management and vendors.
  • Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
  • Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments
  • Typically requires minimum 5 years' of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a Ph D without experience
