Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct live streaming sessions on Digital and Ecommerce Platform to showcase products, promotions, and engage with the audience.
- Plan and execute interactive and entertaining live streams to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- Develop creative and engaging content tailored to the target audience.
- Collaborate with the merchandising and marketing team to align live streaming content with overall brand messaging and campaigns.
- Foster a positive and interactive community by responding to comments, questions, and messages during live streams.
- Encourage user participation through giveaways, challenges, and other interactive features.
- Effectively demonstrate and highlight product features and benefits during live streams to encourage sales and conversions.
- Stay informed about product updates and promotions to provide accurate information to the audience.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to live streaming, including viewership, engagement, and sales conversion rates.
- Provide regular inputs to traders team to optimize future live streaming strategies.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, especially on Tik Tok and Shopee.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a diverse audience.
