Digiphoto Imaging Indonesia currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to immediately fill positions at our operations in Indonesia as:
HR Executive
MAIN DUTIES OF POSITION
1. Work closely with HR Global and Operations Management to determine recruitment requirements for outlets’ operations
2. Investigate appropriate sources of recruitment for attracting suitable candidates for the company
3. Draft and place recruitment adverts in appropriate recruitment mediums following approval of the Reporting Manager
4. Pre-screen CVs received from potential candidates to establish suitability against pre-set job descriptions and person specs
5. Arrange screening interviews with suitable candidates and carry out initial screening interview
6. Deal with recruitment agencies to get suitable candidates for interview
7. Arrange interview appointments on behalf of the Hiring Manager
8. Follow up and notify successful/unsuccessful candidates of outcome of interviews
9. Carry out Reference Checks on new employees as required10. Assist with the preparation of Offer Letters and Employment Contracts for new employees
11. Keep up to date on local Labour and Immigration rules & regulations and inform the HR Manager of amendments/changes
12. Work with the administration, filing, record-keeping, reporting and co-ordination of the HR Department
13. Responsible to check and verify timesheets from operations for payroll purposes
14. Responsible to provide input and send it to outsource payroll for salary preparation.
15. Ensure HR confidentiality is upheld at all times
16. Provide a knowledgeable, friendly and professional HR support and advisory service to all potential, existing and former employees of DEI Indonesia
17. Carry out any other duties or tasks as reasonably requested by the Management
Key Responsibilities
1. Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years’ experience years of relevant HR working experience in a multinational company or international environment
3. Well versed in Indonesia Labor Law, Industrial Relations Act and other statutory requirements
4. Proficient in English & Bahasa Indonesia (written & oral)
5. Proficient with Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email)
6. Must be both task & people oriented and have ability to work proactively and independently
7. Good interpersonal and team player skills – strong customer service oriented
8. High level of confidentiality and ethics required Plenty of opportunities to earn benefits and recognition in a favorable multinational environment.

- Assist with day to day operations of the Human Resources function and duties
- Compile and update employee records (hard copies & soft copies)
- Access documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, grievances, performance evaluation, etc)
- Deal with employee request regarding Human Resources Issues, Rules and regulation.
- Assist in Payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
- Communicate with Public Services, visa agent, immigration, tax office when necessary
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
