Job Responsibilities:
As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to:
1. Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding.
2. Payroll: Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
3. BPJS Administration: Handle all BPJS (Social Security) administration tasks.
4. PPH 21 Compliance: Ensure accurate payment and reporting of PPH 21 taxes.
5. Talent Development: Develop and implement talent development programs to nurture employee growth.
6. Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with various tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.).
• Familiarity with BPJS administration and PPH 21 tax regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in developing KPIs and company regulations is a significant plus.
• Ability to join immediately is highly preferred.
