As an HR Intern, you will assist the HR team in daily operations and contribute to various projects. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about HR practices and gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
• Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing events and activities.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with special projects as needed.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• A passion for human resources and a desire to learn.
