Krom Bank is seeking an IT Lead to oversee the management of critical IT systems, including applications, infrastructure, and identity management. This role requires a pragmatic leader with extensive experience in the financial industry and the ability to implement IT projects independently. The IT Lead will play a key role in aligning IT initiatives with business goals, ensuring the efficiency and security of systems across the organization. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, leading the integration, design, and configuration of IT systems while providing expert guidance on infrastructure and enterprise application solutions. Your experience in the financial sector will be critical in managing compliance, security, and operational excellence in our fast-paced environment.

About the job:

• Ownership of IT Systems: Act as the key owner of all critical IT systems, including applications,
  infrastructure, and identity management, ensuring they support organizational goals and financial
  industry requirements.
• Strategic Management: Contribute to the overall IT strategy, performing gap analyses, roadmap
  planning, and resource management for IT projects and initiatives.
• Implementation & Execution: Independently lead and execute IT projects, ensuring timely delivery,
  compliance, and alignment with company objectives.
• Application, Infrastructure, & Identity Management: Oversee the design, configuration, and daily
  management of core IT systems, including directory services, cloud infrastructure, security tools,
  and identity platforms.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with other verticals such as Network, Operations, and
  Security to ensure cohesive IT solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure IT systems meet financial industry compliance standards and
  maintain high security and operational integrity.

About you:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related
  fields.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in IT management roles, including application
  management, infrastructure, and identity systems, with significant exposure to the financial
  sector, especially banking.
• Project Leadership: Proven ability to independently lead and deliver complex IT projects within
  scope and budget.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of enterprise IT systems, including cloud services,
  security tools, identity management (SSO, MFA), and infrastructure management.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the financial industry's compliance and security
  standards and how they apply to IT systems.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently and solve complex IT issues with minimal
  supervision.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa
  Indonesia, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
