Job Description :
- Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals
- Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
- Managing resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees
- Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
- Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
- Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
- Conducting risk assessments for projects
- Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress
- Responsible for developing and tracking overall project scope and timeline to ensure projects are delivered on time
- Provide regular communication on project status, schedules, issues, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate between departments to achieve company goals
- Document and record project progression throughout the project lifecycle
- Present multi-project overviews and details to both upper management and development team
- Education: Bachelor Degree/Master Degree (IT/related major is preferable)
- 3 + years of experience working as a Technical Project Manager or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and demonstrated ability to translate client requirements.
- Understanding of business systems, ability to multi-task on diverse requirements, understanding of Software development Lifecycle and techniques, and experience in the development of system documentation or training materials.
- Experience working directly within a software development team.
- Passion for building great products and solving customer and business problems
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously with changing deadlines and priorities while staying committed to quality
- Teach techniques and support effective training for the team
- Ability to work independently, lead and motivate cross-functionally towards project goals
- Proven skills in leadership and management
- Understand project's SDLC
- Microsoft Project, Visio, and other Project Management Tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies along with knowledge of Dev Ops practice of operations is a plus.
- 2+ years of relevant IT Project Management experience
