JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Educate customers about jewellery products at Spilla Jewelry (South Jakarta)
• Actively serve customers offline while providing upselling.
• Inputting orders and daily reports.
• Handling customer complaints.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Willing to be placement in Blok M Plaza
• Female, maximum 27 years old.
• Minimum bachelor's degree from all majors (Communication Science / Marketing Management / Hospitality majors are preferred)
• Have knowledge and interest in hospitality and sales.
• Have good communication skills.
• Have the ability to handle complaints
• Cheerful, friendly and polite
