Qualification

- Conduct product development and or improvement activity by conducting lab activities, starting from the study of literature to the design of the research process and hands on experiment. Designing research process, encompasses synthesis routes, material, hazards, variables, material balance, time table, etc
- Communicate and work with sales/marketing, production, procurement, and other related functions in order to drive effective results in product development, product improvement, problem solving initiatives towards customer satisfaction.
- Cooperation with Aplication Technology team and Analytical laboratory in the support of identified technology solutions to ensure they comply with customer and market needs
- Color matching and printing implementation at customer.
- On press trial monitoring new customer project, Product alternative, Global Benchmark, etc
- Provide advice and recommendation regarding product, raw materials and problem solving tools to other related functions in order to support the decision making process.
- Prepare the document to report monthly r&d activity, operating procedure before transferring technology to production, maintain all formulation, technical data and record all of research activities. The reports must be structured and systematic manner in order to ensure all specifications were updated.
- Communicate, work, create and deliver business-level presentation including research report by English and Bahasa to internal and external parties. In order to drive effective communication and effective result in product improvement or problem solving initiatives.
Qualification
- Experience in product development and process as well as experience in problem solving analysis and process improvement.
- Should posses technical analysis, problem solving, reporting skill as well as communication skill.
- Experience in color matching and support printing machine.
- Able communicate and reporting, both by bahasa and English.
