Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing and developing architectural projects from concept through completion. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation of design concepts, presentations, and construction documents.
* Collaborate with civil engineer and project managers on various architectural projects.
* Participate in client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements and constraints.
* Conduct research on building materials, codes, and regulations.
* Produce 3D models and renderings to visualize design concepts.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
* 1-3 years of professional experience in an architectural firm (internship experience will be considered).
* Proficiency in architectural software such as Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Asana, or Clickups
* Strong design and technical skills with a keen eye for detail.
