KOL and Social Media Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends
2. Ability to identify and evaluate potential influencers based on metrics such as engagement rate, reach, and audience demographics
3. Proficiency in negotiation and contract drafting
4. Familiarity with analytics tools to track campaign metrics and measure ROI
5. Experience with content creation, including writing briefs and providing guidance to influencers
6. Knowledge of advertising regulations and compliance requirements
Soft Skills:
1. Strong communication skills to effectively manage relationships with influencers, clients, and internal stakeholders
2. Ability to think creatively and develop innovative campaigns that resonate with target audiences
3. Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
4. A collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as social media, PR, and product teams
5. Adaptability to changing circumstances and the ability to pivot quickly when necessary
6. A results-driven mindset to continuously optimize campaigns and achieve business.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Expected hours: 15 per week
- Partner with content creators to build custom features designed for the USA influencers' audience
- Manage our USA influencer marketing program, including recruiting and onboarding new influencers, building and maintaining relationships with existing influencers, and tracking performance metrics
- Create content templates and work with influencers to produce high-quality, on-brand content for campaigns
- Identify opportunities to connect Influencers and entertainers to our brand through content creation, activations, campaigns, seeding
- Manage Influencer relationships
- Develop a content strategy for digital and social media that drives awareness and equity metrics
- Work closely with the Amazon sales team to develop and execute successful influencer marketing campaigns
- Analyse and report on the performance of influencer marketing campaigns, and use data to optimize future campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing
- Manage and maintain our social media profiles, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Develop and execute targeted social media advertising campaigns to support the client's marketing objectives.
- Monitor and optimize social media advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
- English listening, speaking, reading, and writing in a proficient level.
- Bachelor's degree in KOL Marketing, social media marketing , content marketing , Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field
- Well-versed in delivering insights/data-driven programs with measurable results
- Shows a passion for the industry as a thought leader, POV provider, and proactively sizing-up
- Competition and the market to find new ways to break through
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
