As a KOL & Livestream Talent Management at Alterra Academy, you will focus on scouting, engaging, and managing livestreaming talent, including influencers, streamers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the livestreaming space. Your role will involve identifying emerging talents, building strong partnerships, and contributing to the growth of our livestreaming ecosystem and execute successful brand partnerships to enhance our presence in the market.
Responsibilities:

• Scout and identify new livestream talent across various social media, livestreaming platforms, and e-commerce
• Build and maintain a pipeline of promising talent for database
• Serve as the main point of contact for influencers, managing inquiries and maintaining strong relationships.
• Evaluate talent potential based on engagement metrics, content quality, and audience growth.
• Conduct outreach and pitch partnership opportunities to prospective creators.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align talent acquisition with company objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a talent scouting, KOL management, or related roles, especially in beauty industry.
• Ability to analyze and identify high-potential talent; having an existing database of KOL (Nano, Micro, Macro) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of social media, livestreaming, and influencer landscapes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a keen interest in training and development.
