• Lead and manage KOL & Partnership Marketing team of 5 (4 subordinates).
• Responsible for KOL & partnership strategy for all Hangry brands, with approval of Marketing Lead (including community seeding and partnership).

- Responsible for decision making for BAU, and small - medium scale KOL & partnership initiatives.

• Oversee the execution of KOL & partnership campaigns.
• Monitor key performance metrics of partnership activities and oversee the in preparing materials for reporting, maintain trackable learnings across all brands, analyze and optimize strategies based on learnings.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

- 2 - 3 years experience in KOL and/or Partnership marketing field.

• Proficient in basic Excel, strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions.
