Responsibilities:
Oversee the IT Support team’s daily operations, ensuring prompt and effective response to user issues.
Monitor and report on the overall performance of IT support operations, providing regular updates to Head of IT.
Develop and maintain IT support procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, applying innovative problem-solving techniques.
Conduct on-site assessments and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues that cannot be resolved remotely.
Provide guidance and support to IT support staff, assisting them in resolving challenging problems.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
At least 3-5 years of experience in IT support or a related role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead position.
Strong knowledge of IT support operations, including ticketing systems, remote support tools, and IT service management (ITSM) frameworks.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of IT hardware and tailored software, including desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude, with the ability to think critically.
Must reside in Jabodetabek and be available for on-site support as needed.
