JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Coordinate with Public warehouse in US and Europe for incoming containers, sending orders for customers and internal product transfer from warehouse to warehouse
• Closing the above mentioned transaction and update it in the system
• Inbound follow-up with DDC/TEL/Trucker
• Checking Freighters, trucking and Courier Invoices
• EOM Report Inventory & reconcile it with Public warehouse record
• Settling logistic claims and disputes with freighter, trucking and courier

REQUIREMENTS:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Minimum of a D3 degree in any major
• Preferably with a background in logistics
• Willingness to learn new things, proactive, and motivated
• Good command of English is a must
