Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and transportation and facilitate conversations with venture stakeholders on performance improvement.
- Budget Management and Cost Control: Facilitate logistics budget conversation, analyze operational and financial data to identify cost reduction levers, and form operational improvement initiatives with venture stakeholders on result deliveries.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
- Digitalization PMO: Familiar with data structure, identify digitalization opportunities in logistics operations processes, and lead digitalization implementation across the region.
- Market Benchmarking: Compare regional performance against industry benchmarks and best practices to drive improvements.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years' experience in logistics and transportation operations, performance management, supply chain management or a related role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of regional logistics regulations and industry best practices.
- Leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Prior experience in consulting or tech is preferred.
