Manager, Product Operations-TPM

Be part of Indonesia Logistics TPM group that handle E2E product operation of Lazada Logistics service (and some collaboration with Other South East Venture TPM)We are seeking a strategic and experienced Product Manager/Owner to lead the development and optimization of our Fulfillment and Logistics Commercial products. In this role, you will drive product vision, strategy, and execution to enhance our logistics offerings and meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the product operations team to drive the successful launch and ongoing management of new and existing products on Alibaba International's platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing to define and execute product strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and product performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Develop and implement operational processes to ensure efficient product onboarding, maintenance, and issue resolution, optimizing the user experience.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including defining scope, creating roadmaps, and overseeing development.
- Manage and resolve complex product-related issues, working closely with internal teams and external partners to find effective solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Enginering, Business, Logistics or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in product operations, preferably in a B2B/B2C e-commerce environment.
- Proven track record in managing product portfolios, launching new products, and driving product performance improvements.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations based on insights.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
- Adaptable in a fast-paced, VUCA environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English (plus point for Chinnese Language), with a good understanding of the global market and e-commerce trends.
