Job Qualifications:
- Assist the Building Maintenance and Improvement Section Head in planning, maintenance, enhancing, and monitoring the condition of Office building facilities and infrastructure, especially in the mechanical (escalator/travelator/elevator) and plumbing fields.
- Responsible for design, specification, cost, and supervision of the implementation of work in the field.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 3 years of experience as Building Maintenance in high-rise building/retail shopping center/mall.
- Computer literate (Ms. Office).
- Familiarity with operation and maintenance systems for lifts, escalators, air conditioners, Chillers, STP.

Ability to budgeting and planning for building mechanical maintenance.
- Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta.
