About The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced MEP Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the implementation of MEP systems for various projects, including commercial, residential, hospitality, and industrial buildings.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop detailed MEP design drawings, schematics, and specifications
• Conduct load calculations, energy analysis, and system sizing
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other consultants to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems
• Calculate material requirements and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ)/ RAB
• Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design standards and specifications
• Perform site inspections and troubleshoot any technical issues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest building codes, industry standards, and sustainable design practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering
• Min 3 years of experience in MEP design and engineering
• Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, and other relevant design software
• Strong understanding of building codes, such as SNI, IBC, and NEC
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles
