Job Summary
We are looking for a Mid-Level Backend Engineer with 3+ years of Node.js experience to join our data integration team. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining backend services to ensure seamless data integration. You will work with scalable systems, API development, and database management, focussing on efficient and reliable data processing.
Your Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services in Node.js to power data integration
• Design APIs and manage data flows across systems
• Optimize performance for efficient data processing and low latency
• Ensure data integrity, deduplication, and perform checks during integrations
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in production
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in architectural decisions

Your Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Node.js backend development
• Strong understanding of data integration (fetching, deduplication, integrity checks)
• Experience with API development (REST, Graph QL)
• Proficiency in working with databases (SQL/No SQL)
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture
• Optionally, experience with Git, CI/CD, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus
