Key Responsibilities:

• Develop mobile applications for both i OS and Android platforms using Flutter and native development (Swift, Kotlin, Java).
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for cross-platform and native mobile apps.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.
• Integrate with back-end services (APIs, databases, cloud services) to support mobile applications.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve mobile application issues related to performance, crashes, and UI consistency.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness across various devices and operating systems.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and backend developers, to define app features and scope.
• Write automated tests and participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest mobile technologies, Flutter features, and trends in both Android and i OS native development.

Required Skills:
Flutter Development:

• Proficiency in Flutter and Dart programming language.
• Experience building cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Familiarity with Flutter-specific concepts like widgets, state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc), Flutter animations, and platform channels.
• Experience with Flutter’s native integration (e.g., calling native code from Flutter, using platform channels to access native APIs).
• Knowledge of Flutter libraries and frameworks like Flutter Fire (Firebase), Flutter plugins, etc.

Native Mobile Development:

• Native i OS development:
• Proficient in Swift and Objective-C for i OS app development.
• Experience with i OS SDK, UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, Core Location, and Apple’s human interface guidelines.
• Native Android development:
• Proficient in Kotlin (preferred) or Java for Android app development.
• Experience with Android SDK, Jetpack libraries, Room, and other Android frameworks.
• Familiarity with Android Studio and Gradle for building and deploying apps.

General Mobile Development Skills:

• Solid understanding of mobile app lifecycle, performance, and memory management.
• Experience with mobile app testing frameworks (unit tests, widget tests, integration tests) for both Flutter and native platforms.
• Knowledge of APIs (RESTful, Graph QL) and integration techniques (e.g., JSON parsing, error handling).
• Version control using Git.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps (e.g., using Git Hub Actions, Bitrise, Jenkins, etc.).

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills to work with non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with React Native or other cross-platform frameworks in addition to Flutter.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Fastlane, Codemagic, or Bitrise.
• Knowledge of cloud services like Firebase, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with native modules (e.g., writing native Android/i OS code to integrate with Flutter apps).
• Familiarity with App Store and Google Play submission processes.
• UI/UX design knowledge or collaboration with design teams to implement high-quality app interfaces.
• Experience with push notifications, background tasks, location services, and in-app purchases.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2-5 years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 1-2 years of experience in Flutter.
• Proven track record of developing and launching mobile applications (Flutter, i OS, or Android).
