PT. Wasco Engineering Indonesia is an entity under Engineering & Fabrication Division of Wasco Bhd. PT WEI is a leading Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) company in Batam and has been operating in the Oil & Gas Industry since 2010.

Description

This position leverages advanced layout and modeling expertise to create high-quality designs for various projects, including e-houses and PAU/PAR units. Responsibilities include developing detailed engineering and fabrication drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams while fostering continuous improvement in design practices.

Requirement

Bachelor degree in Civil & Structural / Architectural / Mechanical / Electrical engineering
Graduated from ITB in 2023 or 2024
Minimum GPA 3.50 out of 4,00
Able to speak, write and read English language
Have a growth mindset
Willingness to join the program and be based in Batam for 12 to 36 months

Job Responsibilities

Apply comprehensive knowledge of various design software and applications, continuously learning and adapting to industry standards and evolving tools.
Industry Standards & Best Practices: Maintain and apply thorough knowledge of relevant design norms and standards, ensuring all project outputs meet high-quality benchmarks.
Engage with a broad range of project types, including e-houses, process modules, and PAU/PAR units, adapting designs to fit specific requirements and contexts for each.
Contribute to the Detailed Engineering phase, developing in-depth and precise drawings that align with project objectives and client specifications.
Prepare and review Fabrication Drawings, focusing on clarity, precision, and manufacturability to support the seamless transition from design to production.
Create and update As-built Drawings, ensuring that final documentation accurately reflects completed work for reference in future maintenance and upgrades.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and clients, to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure that all designs comply with applicable industry codes, safety regulations, and quality standards, performing regular checks and validations.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, new software, and design methodologies, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Leverage expertise in layout and modeling, utilizing a deep understanding of design principles to ensure the precision and efficiency of project designs.

Test will be held on 1st November 2024 in ITB Bandung
