Karma Group is looking for a strong and motivated individual as an Office Boy to join our team.
Responsibilities :

Responsibilities :
- Cleaning and maintaining the office premises, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of all office areas, including restrooms, pantry, and meeting rooms.
- Assist in meeting all technical needs of employees in the office properly.
- Assisting in setting up meeting rooms and preparing them for meetings, including arranging chairs, tables, and audio-visual equipment.
- Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, such as stationery, pantry items, and toiletries.
- Assisting in the preparation of refreshments for meetings and events.
- Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Assist with the queries or requests from the visitors and employees.
- Minimum education is high school or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in same position
- Multitasking ability to handle multiple tasks
- Have good physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting or arranging office furniture.
- Must have a neat and clean personality
- Job requires activeness, attentiveness and a responsible attitude
