Responsibilities:
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Assisting several clients for opening hospitality venue and restaurant consulting
- Bali-based
- English communication skills
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role in hospitality or F&B sector
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Knowledge of food and beverages trends would be a plus
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- A solid work history in restaurants and hotels is a must
