We are looking for a skilled Pattern Maker to help us bring our design concepts to life by creating accurate and meticulously crafted patterns. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about producing high-quality patterns that ensure the perfect fit and functionality of our garments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Pattern Maker in the fashion industry, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
- Proficiency in CLO3D, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Proficiency in pattern-making and a strong understanding of garment construction and fit for swimwear and resortwear.
- Meticulous attention to detail to create accurate patterns and maintain quality standards.
- Ability to translate design concepts into functional patterns.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Capacity to solve fit and pattern-related issues during the design and production processes.
- Willingness to adapt to changing design requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree or certification in fashion design or pattern making is a plus.
