Position Summary:The Plant Manager is responsible for the business and financial performance of the operation. He/she also has to ensure the safety of people working in his/her area as well as all visitors. He/she has to ensure the quality of products produce in the plant to meet customer requirement. He/she also ensure the management system of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality is continuously maintain and improved also ensure operation compliance to all legal, regulation and all related policy that has been established.
Responsibilities:

He/she also ensure the management system of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality is continuously maintain and improved also ensure operation compliance to all legal, regulation and all related policy that has been established.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, lead and control the business aspect of plant operation
- He/she is accountable for the safety of everyone working and to ensure maintain good environment conduct in his/her area of responsibility
- Ensure the product quality and delivery is meeting customer requirement
- Ensure the establishment, maintenance and improvement of all policy, manual, procedure of the Quality, Safety, Health and Environment system
- Ensure the compliance of his/her operation to all related policy, regulation, and applicable ruling.
- Continuously improve product cost, capacity utilization and productivity
- Report and analyze operation metrics and develop prevention and improvement
- Motivate all colleagues to increase productivity, passion at work, practice Lean concept at work
- Develop organization and colleagues involved
- Plan, act and execute for capital need and maintain plant asset
- Manage plant inventory to the optimum level
- As the representative of the company to the Indonesian government, customer and others
- Plan, develop action and achieve plant objective
- Maintain good relationship with labor union and their affiliation, community and local government
- Provide input in the development of Licenses related to: Produsen Importir, SNI, etc.
- Expert in factory/industry management
- Understand finance and accounting report
- Fluent in English
- Understand Quality, Safety, Health, Environmental management system (ISO, OHSAS)
- Minimum education background is bachelor, preferable in Engineering degree and 5 years of experience as senior manager in similar industry
- Strong ability to communicate both verbal and writing to all level
- Leadership skills related to managing large group of people from various level
