As a Processing Manager you will be responsible to plan, manage and control the processing process to support production team achieving the production volume target and ensure the processing processes comply with TCCC requirement (KORE – QSE), Government regulation, and international standard. Make sure processing operation is running smoothly with an uninterrupted process with high productivity, efficiency, and efficient cost.
Key Accountabilities :
- Provide input to the Syrup Processing Scheduler (SC Planning Team) to ensure syrup processing is executed.
- Ensure all planned maintenance activities are carried out as scheduled.
- Ensure syrup process and product quality inspections comply with procedures and TCCC standards.
- Analyze quality trends, provide performance data, and develop corrective action and improvement plans.
- Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety are implemented in all areas, in line with TCCC standards.
- Conduct trials and validation processes for new product/package development.
- Ensure waste and environmental management are conducted in accordance with company regulations.
- Control and monitor the wastewater treatment process to meet TCCC and environmental audit standards.
Education Background :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biology, Food Technology, Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
Professional Experience :
- 5 - 7 years of experience in Manufacturing, including 3 years of leading complex team
- Experience in FMCG or the beverage industry is preferred
Qualifications / Certifications :
- Knowledge of Lean concepts with Green Belt certification
- Familiarity with Food Safety concepts and their implementation
