We are looking for an experienced candidate in production and sourcing:
Job tasks will be:

• Administrative tasks to support the Production Manager such as: update documents of the production department, updates on vendor deliveries, help on costing file, materials updates, Specs updates, collect the swatches for each products, save all pictures on the Drive
• Stock material: keep the stock of material sheet updated along the orders, support the Production Manager for the orders, control quality when deliveries, prepare and handover to clothing vendors
• Monitor rejects: organise the rejected products to go back to vendors, followup and make sure it comes back in a timely manner
• QC: participate in the QC inspection of the products, help in prioritizing the items, updates QC documents
• Monitor accessories stock and organise reorder to vendors with Production and Operations managers
• Samples: collect and control all samples of the collection, make sure of the availability for photoshoots and for vendors, prepare them for photoshoots and organise the sending
• Packing list: prepare packing list and monitor with Stock manager & Operations manager
• Vendors communication: followup deliveries, organise visits to office for labels & fabrics pick up, help Production manager to followup production or source new vendors

Requirements:

• Speaks English fluently
• Good time management and attention to details
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Experience in a similar position minimum 1 year, bonus if experience in a fashion brand but not mandatory
• Based in Bali

Full-time position, On-site in Bali (Kerobokan)
