We are a contract manufacturing OEM company for electronics and healthcare industry located in Cikarang Barat-Bekasi, West Java, and are looking for a qualified candidate:
Position: Production Assistant Manager for Coil Winding Operations
Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor degree in Electronic/Industrial technic preferred
• Experience in Managerial level in Production/Manufacturing for minimum 3 years in electronics manufacturing
• Strong leadership
• Proficient written & verbal English is mandatory
• Result oriented, organised and have good communication skill
• Highly motivated, energetic, good pleasant personality
• Good teamwork player and motivating all subordinates
• Hands-on experience in supplier/customer audit
• Knowledge of QMS systems like ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001
• Well experienced in Quality tools like PPAP, SPC, 7QC tools
• Basic knowledge of the problem-solving tools
• Effectively involved in cost reduction activity through Quality including KAIZEN activity
• Able to do the strategic planning and production planning (scheduling)
• Knowledge of material purchasing is advantage
• Will stay at Bekasi region
