Job Title: Program Operations
Department: Client Relation & Project Management
Working Arrangement: On-site
Information about the role:
This role is responsible for handling client needs in terms of administration, complaint handling, and coordinating with the area team
Key Responsibility
● Coordinate with the Area Team to collect outlet data
● Handle complaints related to the Star Troopers program
● Manage the master data of outlets and set targets per outlet
● Support the client with all requests related to the Star Troopers program
● Check the results of snap receipt submissions
● Prepare the required reporting for the client
● Provide training related to the Star Troopers program
Requirement
● Previous experience in an administrative or administrative support role is an advantage
● Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
● Good verbal and written communication skills
● Ability to communicate effectively via email and phone
● Ability to work collaboratively with a team and interact with various parties in a professional manner
● Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle situations
● Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks, such as data processing in Excel
