- Coordinate and support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, vlookup, and hlookup to process and analyze project data effectively.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations using Power Point to communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and management.
- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, timelines, meeting minutes, and action items.
- Facilitate effective communication within the project team and across cross-functional teams.
- Lead meetings with multiple participants to discuss project progress, issues, and action plans.
- Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and assist in developing mitigation plans.
- Manage tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a high-pressure environment while ensuring adherence to project targets and deadlines.
- Analyze project data and compose comprehensive reports for management to support decision-making processes.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and project management methodologies.
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- 2+ years experience as Project Administrator
- Data processing in Excel (pivot, vlookup, hlookup,etc)
- Good powerpoint skills for reporting purpose
- Having a good planning and organization skill
- Good communication and analytical skill
- Able to actively communicate in English
- Good issue, task and time management and eager to learn new things
- Willing to be assigned out of working hour / overtime (if needed)
- Able to work under high pressure and target
- Able to analyze and compose report for Management
- Ability to work with a cross functional team including leading meeting with many participants
