Responsibilities:

• Manage logistics services for projects from inception to destination(s).
• Coordinate communication between Service Providers and Sinotrans CSC Indonesia.
• Work closely with Project Manager to oversee operations and logistic teams at key locations.
• Maintain strong communication links with other locations.
• Collaborate with service providers to coordinate cargo transportation from entry ports to final destinations.
• Develop ground-level logistics plans and oversee all shipments.
• Provide support across different operational areas during peak periods.
• Ensure project compliance with Customs and shipping regulations.
• Collaborate closely with team members across various locations to achieve project objectives.
• Plan logistics details such as stowage and potential obstacles.

Skills / Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a project coordinator role within logistics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Auto CAD, Arc GIS, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
• Preferably experienced in Ocean/Air Freight operations.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing) is preferred.
• Willingness to travel for business and work on-site when required.
