Will oversee all projects from design through to handover of construction with the following aspects :

• Pre Constructions
• Communications
• Contract Management
• Drawing Management
• Reporting
• Financials
• Progress + Schedule
• Project Approvals + Admin- Handover + Closeout- PM Team + Task management
• Responsible for delegating and ensuring all tasks, processes, procedures, and actions are delivered for all projects managed by PT NSG
• Must be highly proficient with modern project management and design software
• Must be able to provide solutions to ensure all projects remain on schedule, on budget, and delivered with a high standard of quality
• Must be able to direct the team to realize client company vision and needs

Qualification:

• Must have 5+ years of practical experience in high-level projects (Villas, Resorts, and Hotels)
• Strong team management and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management or related field
• Fluent in reading and writing English
• Willing to work in Bali
