Job Responsibilities:
- Research potential vendors and negotiate contracts.
- Comparing and evaluating quotation from supplier.
- Make sure delivery and distribution process according to PO schedule.
- Monitor purchasing operations to ensure compliance with KPI and SOP.
- Conduct supplier/ vendors evaluation.
- Prepare monthly purchasing report and outstanding PO
- Establish good cooperation with other departments.
- D3/ S1 in Logistic Management or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Purchasing officer.
- Preferably experience in coal mining industry.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills and familiar with ISO 9001.
- Computer literate preferably familiar with ERP system.
