• Receive and follow up every submitted purchase requests effectively
• Responsible for managing inventory levels
• Coordinating with other divisions or department and suppliers to get the required items
• Develop and find new suppliers and negotiate prices, term and conditions to get the best possible price and service guarantee
• Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases
• Responsible to reporting cost saving and improvement at Purchasing
• Willing to be placed at Bali
